At present, most of the domestic wax printing production USES vertical two - sided circular net wax printing machine. The wax pattern on the fabric can be cooled into a film by spraying in cold water or passing through the cooling water tank.


After dyeing with indigo, the waxed fabric can achieve the same effect of double-sided printing on the front and back. Water recovery dewaxing is often used in precision casting wax production. The dewaxing effluent flows through several sedimentary ponds successively. Through multi-stage filtration and long-term static settlement, the waxy microcrystalline particles suspended in the water are gradually condensed into milk and deposited at the bottom of the pool. The recovery process is time-consuming and laborious, and the recovery cycle is long.


In order to reduce the cost of wax printing and improve the properties of wax, especially the toughness and brittleness of wax film, different waxes or wax solutions are often mixed, mainly new wax and recycled wax. The higher the ratio of recycled wax, the lower the cost of wax printing. Due to the repeated recovery, boiling and reuse of the old wax, the waxy properties of the old wax are gradually degraded, which is mainly manifested in the increase of brittleness and the decrease of flexibility. Therefore, too high proportion of the old wax will affect the quality of wax printing.


At present, the old wax ratio of each wax printing manufacturer is generally controlled at 40%~60%, the actual production also depends on the old wax recovery rate of each manufacturer. For some special types of wax printing, the proportion of new wax should be increased.
